에 대해 이야기해보겠습니다.

 

 

Today,

I'd like to talk about I KNOW U Transparent Lip-lift,

a technique for which we have obtained a patent.

 

 

 

 

투명인중축소의 핵심은

'실밥흉터'입니다.

위 사진의 흉터를 보고

과연 흉터가 좋다고 느낄 수 있을까요?

 

실밥의 개수가 몇 개였는지를

대략적으로 가늠해볼 수 있을 정도로

세로 선, 끊기는 듯한 그 짧은 실밥의 느낌들이

굉장히 많이 남아 있어요.

 

그 부분을 제3자가 봤을 때는

인위적인 수술 자국이라고 느끼기 마련이죠.

 

그런 인위적인 느낌, 수술했다는 느낌이

본인 스스로에게도 굉장히 괴로운 부분이 될 수도 있고

내 모습을 바라보는 다른 사람에게도

비호감적인 느낌으로 다가올 수 있다는 게 문제예요.

 

 

The key to 'I KNOW U Transparent Lip-lift' lies in the concept of 'stitch scar'.

Looking at the scars in the above picture,

can one truly appreciate the beauty of scars?

 

The abundance of vertically aligned, seemingly interrupted short stitches

is prominent enough to make a rough estimation of the number of stitches.

 

When observed by a third party,

it often gives the impression of deliberate surgical marks.

Such artificial sensation, the feeling of having undergone a procedure,

can be distressing for oneself and may also present an unfavorable impression to others

when viewing one's own appearance.

 

 

 

 

 수술할 때 절개선이라는 것은 어떻게 보면

일자로 얌전하게 들어갔을 텐데

거기에 세로 선의 요소들, 짧은 실밥이 들어가기 때문에

나중에 흉터가 서서히 흐려졌다고 할지라도

그 세로 선의 느낌이 살아있는 것 때문에

인위적인 느낌을 계속 줄 수가 있다는 것입니다.

 

 

During surgery, the incision line is likely to be straight,

but with the introduction of vertically aligned short stitches,

even if the scar gradually fades later on,

the presence of the vertical elements can continue to impart an artificial sensation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

수술 직후, 실밥이 있을 때 모습들을 살펴보면

절개선을 든든하게 붙잡아주기 위해서

피부 봉합을 하게 되어 있는 것이 일반적인데

마무리 피부 봉합때문에

오히려 인위적으로 보일 수 있는,

수술 자체가 가지는 딜레마가 있어요.

 

 

Right after surgery,

examining the appearance with the presence of stitches

reveals a common dilemma inherent in the surgical process.

It is typical to perform skin sutures to securely hold the incision line,

but the finishing skin closure itself

can paradoxically contribute to an artificial appearance.

 

 

 

만약 절개선만 있고
실밥 자국이 없다면?

 

 

그 흉터 자체가 시간이 지나면서 흐려지게 되면

그냥 주름같기도 하고, 굴곡같기도 하고.

그림자 안에 숨겨지기에 깔끔하고 좋은 형태가 될 거예요.

 

그래서 저희 아이노유성형외과에서는

겉실밥을 쓰지 않는 방법을 사용해서

수술하고 있습니다.

The scar itself, over time, may blur to appear like mere wrinkles or folds.

It has the potential to become a clean and favorable form,

easily concealed within shadows.

 

That's why at I KNOW U plastic surgery,

we utilize a technique that avoids using external stitches during surgery.

 

 

 

 

 

 

저희 병원 수술 직후,

바로 수술방 안에서 찍은 사진들입니다.

깔끔한 느낌을 주고 있죠?

칼자국만 남을 뿐입니다.

 

그 사이에 저희가 디자인하면서 절제하려는 그 부위만 싹 사라지고

올려 붙여서 얌전하게 풀로 이어붙인 것같은 느낌을 주고 있어요.

 

실밥이 없다는 것이 핵심입니다!

즉, 마무리 봉합 자국을 만들지 않는다는 것이죠.

 

이래서 이 상태로 시간이 지나면서

서서히 절개선이

아물고 흐려지고 가라앉고 하게 되면

그냥 주름선 혹은 그림자 일부 정도로 남기기가 좋게끔

처음부터 의도를 하는 것입니다.

 

 

These are photos taken right after surgery in our hospital's operating room.

They give off a clean impression, don't they?

Only incision marks are left.

 

It appears as if only the area we intended to excise has completely vanished,

giving the impression of being seamlessly lifted and attached, as if connected with glue.

 

The key is the absence of stitch imprints!

In other words, it means not creating finishing suture marks.

 

That's why, over time, as the incision line gradually heals and blurs,

the intention is to leave it as just a wrinkle line or a partial shadow.

 

 

 

 

 

수술 초반에 불균일한 표면의 느낌은 있을 수 있지만

나중에 시간이 지나고 나면

초반부터 실밥자국의 느낌이란 것은 애당초 없었기 때문에

그냥 자연스러운 얇은 윤곽선처럼 보이게 된다는 것이죠.

 

그래서 실밥자국이 흉터의 퀄리티를 결정하는 데 있어서

굉장히 중요한 부분이라고 생각하기 때문에

저희 아이노유성형외과에서는

피부 봉합사, 나일론 봉합사를 사용해서

실밥 혹은 상처를

마무리하는 과정으로 수술하지 않고

그 속 안 조직을 단단하게 문합함으로서

겉실밥이 필요없을 정도로

단단하게 수술 부위가 마무리되는 방법을

사용하고 있습니다.

 

 

While there may be an uneven surface sensation

in the early stages of surgery,

as time passes,

the initial impression of stitch imprints was never there from the beginning.

Eventually, it just appears as a natural, thin contour line.

So, we consider stitch imprints as a crucial aspect in determining the quality of scars.

That's why, at I KNOW U plastic surgery,

instead of using external stitches or nylon sutures to finalize the scar or wound,

we employ a technique of firmly suturing the inner tissues,

ensuring that the surgical site is finished robustly enough to eliminate the need for external stitches.

그래서 상처부위의 그 경계선만 잘 아물게 되면

봉합 자국이 없기 때문에

수술 초기부터도 그냥 주름같기도 하고,

오히려 예전에 코 수술하신

그 흔적이 조금 더 티가 나거나

그거랑 비슷한 정도 밖에 안되는

굉장히 옅고 자연스러운 흉터의 모습을 볼 수 있습니다.

when performed on individuals with good skin elasticity.

 

As a result,

once the boundary of the scar area heals well and there are no suture marks,

from the early stages of surgery, the scar tends to resemble mere wrinkles.

It appears extremely subtle and natural,

almost akin to traces of a previous nose surgery, or something similar.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

이런 수술 방식은 사실 일반적인 건 아니죠.

제가 해외에 있는 논문이나

해외의 의사선생님 혹은 국내 의사선생님들이

수술하는 모습을 많이 찾아봤지만,

이런 식으로 겉에 나일론 봉합사를 쓰지 않고

상처를 마무리 하는 방법은

저희 아이노유에서

유일하게 사용하는 방식이라고 생각합니다.

 

 

This surgical approach is not actually common.

Despite searching extensively for papers or observing doctors abroad and domestically,

I believe the method of finishing wounds without using external nylon sutures,

as we do at I KNOW U, is a unique practice.

 

 

 

 

수술 후의 경과나 흉터의 퀄리티,

환자분의 만족도를 생각했을 때는

이런 방법이 옳은 방법이라고 확신을 가집니다.

그래서 저희 아이노유만의 이러한 수술 방법을 따로 부르기 위해

'투명'이라는 단어를 저희 수술에 붙이게 됐어요.

 

 

When considering the postoperative progress,

the quality of scars, and the satisfaction of patients,

I am confident that this method is the right approach.

Therefore,

we decided to use the term 'transparent'

to uniquely describe our surgical technique at I KNOW U.

 

 

 

 

 

 

인중축소라는 것을 생각함에 있어서

'흉터'가 환자분들에게

얼마나 큰 걱정의 요소인지를 알고 있기 때문에

In considering the concept of Lip-lift,
