오늘은 저희 아이노유가

수술시 가장 중요하게 여기고,

그만큼 자신있어하는 부분이죠!

 

인중축소 흉터

에 대해 이야기해보겠습니다.

 

 

Today,

let's talk about something

that I KNOW U considers crucial and takes pride in

– "Lip-lift scars."

 

 

 

 

 

 

인중의 길이를 줄여주고 비율을 맞춰주는 것이

인중축소 수술의 가장 큰 역할 같겠지만

사실은 그렇지만은 않습니다.

 

길이가 충분히 줄어든 다음에도

굉장히 큰 고민을 안고 살아가시는

환자분들이 많기 때문이에요.

 

그 정도로 흉터의 퀄리티도 잘라내는 행위만큼이나

중요한 부분이라고

수술하는 의사도 인지하고 있어야 하고

수술 받으시는 환자분도 인지하고 있어야 하는 부분입니다.

 

 

Reducing the length of the philtrum and adjusting proportions

may seem like the primary role of Lip-lift,

but in reality, it is not that simple.

 

Even after achieving a sufficient reduction in length,

many patients continue to grapple with significant concerns.

 

The quality of the scars is just as crucial as the act of cutting the length.

Both the performing surgeon and the patient undergoing the procedure

need to be aware of this important aspect.

 

 

 

 

 

그래서 흉터의 퀄리티나 흉터의 질감을 결정하는

요소들이 다양하게 있다고 볼 수 있는데,

가장 중요하다고 할 수 있는

흉터 위치에 대해 이야기를 나눠보겠습니다.

 

Considering that there are various factors

that determine the quality and texture of scars,

let's discuss the most crucial aspect,

which is often considered the scar's location.

 

 

 

 

 

 

기본적으로 인중축소 수술의

절개범위와 흉터의 위치는

위 사진과 같은 모양을 하고 있습니다.

약간 물결치는 모양같기도 하고

소의 뿔같은 모양이라고 할 수 있는 영역의

가장 두꺼운 중앙부위가

5~7mm정도 줄어든다고 보시면 됩니다.

 

보시면 아시겠지만

콧망울의 자연스러운 윤곽을 따라서

약간 나오기도 하고 살짝 들어가기도 하고

이런 식으로 최대한 자연스러운 윤곽을

따라가도록 합니다.

 

 

Fundamentally, the incision range and scar location in Lip-lift

have a shape similar to the image above.

You can consider that the thickest central part of the area,

resembling slight waves or the horn of a bull,

decreases by approximately 5-7mm.

 

As you can see,

it follows the natural contour of the nostril,

slightly protruding and indenting

to achieve the most natural contour possible.

 

 

 

 

 

그래서 최대한 흉터를 안쪽으로 몰아주면서

나중에 위에서 조명이 비쳐서

상대방이 나의 정면 모습을 보게 되었을 때

코 밑의 그림자에 자연스럽게 숨도록

저희가 디자인을 의도하는 것이죠.

 

Our intention in the design is to discreetly conceal the scar

by directing it inward as much as possible.

This way, when illuminated from above,

it naturally casts a shadow under the nose,

creating a subtle effect when someone views your frontal profile.

 

 

 

 

 

그런데 마냥 콧구멍 안쪽으로

절개선을 넣어줄 수는 없습니다.

왜냐하면

발달정도는 차이가 나지만,

코밑에는 둔턱같은 모양의 코밑살을 가지고 계신

환자분들도 많기 때문이죠.

 

 위 사진에 계신 분처럼 코밑살의 발달정도가 많으신 분은

절개선을 안쪽으로 위치시켰다가는

자연스러운 윤곽선을 해치게 될 수 있어요.

 

 

However,

we cannot simply place the incision line inside the nostrils.

This is because, although the degree of development may vary,

many patients have under-nose fat pads resembling a double chin.

 

For individuals with significant development of under-nose fat pads,

like the person in the above picture,

placing the incision line too far inside

can potentially compromise the natural contour lines.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

코밑살이 편평하고 덜 발달된 경우에는

절개선을 안쪽으로 숨겨주는 방식으로

연출하기가 괜찮지만

코밑살이 많이 발달하신 분들 같은 경우는

오히려 절개선을 약간 바깥으로 내주면서

콧구멍의 두께감이 쭉 이어진 듯한 모습을 연출하도록 디자인합니다.

 

If the under-nose fat pads are flat and less developed,

it's acceptable to create an incision line that is hidden inside.

However,

for individuals with significant development of under-nose fat pads,

the design involves slightly moving the incision line outward.

This helps to create a seamless appearance,

maintaining the thickness continuity along the nostrils.

 

 

 

 

 

그래야지 자연스러운 굴곡이

나중에 흉터가 많이 흐려졌을 때

그게 주름인 듯 굴곡인 듯

살짝 들어간 느낌처럼 보이면서

흉터가 마무리가 될 수 있기 때문이죠.

 

그래서 절개선 위치는

코밑살을 크게 해치지 않으면서도

코 밑에 있는 그림자가 너무 동떨어지지 않을 위치에

적절하게 자리잡게끔 하는 것이

굉장히 중요하다고 할 수 있습니다.

 

 

This is essential for achieving a natural contour,

so that when the scar becomes less noticeable over time,

it gives the impression of subtle grooves or wrinkles.

It should appear slightly indented,

almost as if it is part of the natural features,

allowing the scar to blend seamlessly.

 

Therefore,

positioning the incision line is crucial.

It should be situated in a way

that doesn't significantly disturb the under-nose fat pads while ensuring

that the shadow beneath the nose doesn't appear too disconnected.

This balance is essential for an optimal outcome.

 

 

 

 

 

 

그런 정확한 위치에다가 세심하게 위치를 시켜야 하는데

그런 점들이 조금 간과되었을 경우에는

이러한 안 좋은 모습으로 흉터가 남게 됩니다.

 

코밑살을 살리려고 의도한 절개선임에도 불구하고

콧볼하고 아주 이질적인 위치에

너무 아래 절개선이 들어간 거죠.

콧망울의 굴곡을 고려하지 못한 절개선입니다.

아래쪽에 절개선의 인위적인 모습이

자리잡혔다고 볼 수가 있습니다.

 

이런 경우는

절개선이 조금 더 콧구멍 안쪽으로 들어왔더라면

훨씬 더 좋지 않았을까 라는 생각이 드는 절개선이에요.

 

 

 

If the placement of the incision line

is not precise and meticulous,

overlooking these aspects may result in the formation of undesirable scars,

as shown in these examples.

 

Despite the intention to preserve the under-nose fat pads,

the incision line has been placed too low,

resulting in an awkward and incongruent position.

This is an incision line

that has not taken into consideration the contours of the nasal tip.

This incision line appears artificial and

does not take into account the natural contours of the nostril.

 

In such cases,

one might think that

if the incision line had come slightly more inside the nostrils,

it would have been much better.

 

 

 

 

 

 

위 사진은 절개선이 너무 안쪽으로 들어가서 문제인 경우죠.

절개선을 숨기기 위한 의도는 충분히 이해하지만,

그로 인해 코밑이 너무 휑하다는 느낌을 주고 있습니다.

 

그리고 안쪽으로 들어가는

그 흉터나 피부 두께, 폭이 너무 얇으니까

그쪽으로 혈액 공급이 별로 안 좋았던 것 같아요.

 

그래서 바닥이 굉장히 울퉁불퉁하고

연약한 느낌으로 남아있고

전체적으로 걸린 힘에 비해서

꼬매는 힘의 버티는 정도가 약했던지

늘어져버린 흉터의 모습을 보실 수 있습니다.

 

 

The photo above illustrates a problem

where the incision line is too far inside.

While the intention is to conceal the incision line,

it gives a sense that the area under the nose is excessively hollow.

 

Moreover,

since the scar or skin thickness going inward is too thin,

it seems that blood supply in that area was not optimal.

 

As a result,

the scar bed is very uneven and feels fragile,

lacking the strength to withstand tension compared to the overall applied force.

This results in a stretched appearance of the scar.

 

 

 

 

 

그래서 코밑살을 어느 정도 살리면서

너무 안쪽으로 들어가지 않고

다른 사람이 봤을 때 너무 눈에 띄지 않는 위치,

그 절묘한 중간선을 찾는 것이

굉장히 중요합니다.

제3자가 봤을 때 굴곡의 일환으로 볼 수 있도록 하는

자연스러운 위치는 찾아가는 것이

좋은 흉터를 만드는 첫번째 원칙이라고 볼 수가 있습니다.

 

 

Therefore,

it is crucial to find the delicate balance,

preserving the under-nose fat pads to a certain extent

without going too far inside.

The incision line should be in a location

that is not too noticeable when viewed by others,

finding that subtle midpoint.

Achieving a scar that appears as a natural part of the contours

when observed by a third party

is considered the first principle in creating an excellent scar.
