오늘은 인중축소수술에 대해서 이야기해보겠습니다.

요즘 부쩍 들어서 관심이 참 많아지고 있고

환자분들도 수술적인 방법들을 많이 찾아주고 계신데요.

 

인중축소수술은 대표적인 동안수술,

리프팅수술의 하나라고 할 수 있기 때문입니다.

 

 

Today, I'm going to focus on Lip-lift. I'd like to talk about it.

These days, I've been hearing a lot of interest,

and a lot of patients are looking for surgical methods.

 

Lip-lift can be one of the representative lifting sugeries

to make your face look young.

 

 

 

 

 

 

일반적으로 안면거상수술이 대표적인 동안수술로 알려져 있죠.

아니면 이마거상수술이라든지

그런 수술들은 자세히 보게 되면

얼굴의 측면을 올려주는 수술이에요.

 

대부분 얼굴의 측면 바깥쪽을 올린다든지

아니면 아래쪽에 심술보에 해당하는 부위들을

리프팅 해주는 수술로서는 굉장히 효과가 있어요.

 

 

In general,

facelift surgery or foreheadlife is a representative example

to make your face look young.

It is known as a surgery to raise the side of the face.

 

 

 

 

 

 

하지만 잘 생각해보면

안면거상수술은

바깥쪽은 올려주지만

중앙부 혹은 앞볼을 올려주는 수술은

아니라는 것을 알 수 있습니다.

 

이러한 수술을 한다고 해서

인중부위나 얼굴의 가운데가 해소되거나 개선되지는 않습니다.

 

 

Facelifting surgery raises the outside of the face,

but it is not a surgery that raises the center or front cheek

 

This operation does not improve the philtrum or the center of the face.

 

 

 

 

 

 

그러한 다른 시술이나 수술로 건드릴 수 없는

인중 부위를 효과적으로 개선시켜주는 것이

인중축소수술만이 할 수 있는 영역이라고 할 수가 있는 것이죠.

 

"대표적인 동안수술로서 인중축소 수술을 한다." 라고

처음에 접근하시면 될 것 같습니다.

 

 

Lip-lift effectively improves the philtrum area

that cannot be improved by other procedures or surgery.

 

 

You can think of Lip-lift

as a representative surgery to make your face look young.

 

 

 

 

 

왼쪽에는 젊은 사람의 인중과 입술의 모습을,

오른쪽은 나이드신 분의 입술과 인중의 모습을 보여주고 있는데요.

극명한 차이를 보이고 있죠.

 

On the left, it shows the young person's philtrum and lips,

and on the right, it shows the older person's philtrum and lips.

 

It presents a distinct difference.

 

 

 

왼쪽의 경우

인중의 길이가 짧기도 하고

인중에 두께감도 좀 도톰하다는 느낌이 있어

생기가 있는 모습이에요.

 

하지만 오른쪽의 70-80대에 접어든 여성분의 모습에서는

인중의 길이가 많이 길고 인중의 부피감이 굉장히 얇다는 걸 알 수 있죠.

쪼글쪼글한 세로 선의 주름들도 보이고 

입술이 살짝 말려있어 인중이 긴 느낌을 줍니다.

이는 우리가 나이가 든 사람의 대표적인 모습이라고 인지하게 되는 것이죠.

 

 

In the case of the left side,

the length of the philtrum is short

and the thickness of the philtrum is a little thick,

so it looks lively.

 

But woman in their 70s and 80s on the right

can see that the philtrum is very long and the philtrum is very thin.

You can see the wrinkles of the vertical line and the lips are slightly curled,

giving the impression that the philtrum is long.

This is what we come to perceive as a representative image of an older person.

 

 

 

 

그리고 MRI 로 더 자세하게 들여다보면

그 차이를 조금 더 알 수가 있어요

 

인중의 길이가 길고 짧은 것과 근육의 두께를 알 수가 있는데

인중이 길어지고

근육의 두께감도 나이가 들수록 굉장히 얇아진다는 걸 알 수 있습니다.

입술의 부피감도 물론이고요.

 

그리고 안쪽에 있는 치아도 발달정도가 점점 퇴화하기 때문에

입술이 안쪽으로 가고 인중도 그에 따라서 길어질 수 있는 모습들을 많이 보이고 있죠.

 

 

And if you look more closely at the MRI,

you can see the difference.

 

MRI reveals the long and shortness of the philtrum and the thickness and thinness of the muscles.

The length of the philtrum gets longer and the thickness of the muscles gets thinner as you get older.
The volume of the lips also becomes thinner.

 

And because the teeth are gradually deteriorating,

they go inside and the philtrum can be lengthened accordingly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

이 두 사진은 같은 사람의 사진입니다.

20대 때 사진과 70대 때 사진을

여러가지 지점들을 일정하게 맞춰서 보여주고 있는 거예요.

 

보시면 왼쪽의 젊었을 때 모습은

인중이 짧고 입술 두께가 도톰한 것을 볼 수 있지만

오른쪽은 인중의 길이가 확실히 길어진 것을 볼 수 있죠?

 

노화의 한 과정으로서

인중길이가 길어지고 얇아지는 모습들이 특징적으로 보이기 때문에

수많은 세월동안에 우리 인간이 진화하면서

긴 인중 혹은 얇은 인중을 볼 때

"나이가 들었다."라고 인지를 하게 되는 것이죠.

 

그래서 그런 것들을 좀 역행할 수 있게,

어린 모습을 보여줄 수 있게 하는 것이

인중축소수술의 핵심이라고 할 수가 있습니다.

 

 

서양권에서는 'Lip lift'라는 단어로 불리는데요

즉, 입술을 들어올리는 리프팅 수술의 일종이라는 것이죠.

그래서 동안수술의 하나라는 것으로 인지하시면 될 것 같습니다.

On the left,  you can see that the philtrum is short and the lips are thick,

but on the right, you can see that the philtrum is definitely longer, right?

 

As a process of aging,

it is characterized by longer and thinner philtrum length.

So when we see a long or thin philtrum,

we perceive it as "aged."

 

The key to Lip-lift is to reverse these aspects

and showcase a more youthful appearance.

 

It's called "Lip lift" in Western countries.
In other words, it's a kind of lifting operation that lifts the lips.
So I think you can recognize it as one of the surgeries to make your face look young.

 

 

 

 

 

 

그래서 저희 병원을 찾으시는 정말 수많은 환자분들의 대략적인 인중의 모습들을 살펴봤을 때

이러한 모습을 하고 계십니다.

 

입술 경사로의 각도 혹은 턱의 길이, 입매에서 턱 끝까지 이르는 길이,

인중 밑에 콧구멍이 보이는 정도, 콧망울의 두께감 등

이런게 다 다르긴 하지만

전체적으로 무언가 인중 쪽이 길이가 길다는 느낌을 많이 주고 있죠.

 

이런 부분을 가장 효과적으로 줄여줄 수 있는 것은

인중축소수술입니다.

 

이를 통해 동안의 모습을 좀 더 강조해드리고

좀 더 생기있고 발랄한 모습의 인중을 만드는 것

이게 인중축소수술의 첫 시작이자

핵심개념이라고 할 수가 있겠습니다.
